The figure
The Christmas Angel´s size is 30 x 25 centimetres (11.8 x 9.8 inches), it is gold-coloured and shows both the municipal coat of arms and the signature "Nürnberger Christkind" (Nuremberg Christmas Angel) at the bottom of the statue. It is manufactured by a Franconian company and is, as many of Hörl´s works, made in high quality synthetic material.
The Christmas Angel figure is not only a piece of contemporary art, but also a wonderful souvenir of the Advent season and the Nuremberg Christmas City.
