The artist

Professor Ottmar Hörl is well-known through his diverse sculptures in public space pertaining to daily life issues. You can find his various works of art in many collections at home and abroad. In 2001 he rendered homage to Albrecht Dürer with his "Großes Hasenstück" ("The large Piece of Hare", a combination of the two Dürer Aquarelles "The Hare" and "The Large Piece of Turf") on the Nuremberg market square.
